Basic attendant duties include cleaning cages and dog runs and feeding, exercising, and playing with animals. Experienced attendants also may provide basic healthcare, bathe animals, and attend to other basic grooming needs. All kennel attendant employees should be comfortable handling potentially aggressive dogs. In the event of getting hired after an interview, there is a 90-day probation period for all positions.
